Review Management

Overview

Canopy’s Review Management features provide the ability to analyze processed data for PII and to organize and manage a review of selected documents.

Click on the Review Management tab at the top of the page. The dropdown menu enables you to select Documents to analyze or Batches for review.

Documents

Canopy’s review functions include Search, Data Grid, Advanced Filters, and Views for both the Document List and Gallery pages.

Our robust search functionality allows you to access the index directly via search terms. Advanced search, bulk searching, saving searches, and search history capabilities are accessible.

Data Grid

The data grid provides the capability for filtering by various fields returned by search results.
In addition to filtering, features to sort, export, pin, reorder, hide and mask data are provided. The data grid can be toggled between the Document list and Gallery page views.

Advanced Filters

Advanced filters are smart filters designed to assist the reviewer. These filters can be used for compound searches or for including analysis in a search.

Views

Our functionality for views provides the ability to save different combinations of search, filter, and data grid configurations and recall them at a later time. Future releases will support sharing views.
