Email Deduplication Options

Email deduplication hashes the following fields by default:

From
To
CC
Subject
Body
Sent Date
Has Attachments
Attachment Count

Email deduplication can be configured in either the Settings->Project->Template & Layouts->Processing Template or during the upload in the Upload->Processing configuration step.

Languages

Canopy will detect the predominant language in the text using Natural Language Processing.

When several languages are detected in the text, Canopy returns the language with the highest confidence score.
