Canopy’s Document View has a new interface designed for improved data accessibility during document assessments, reviews, or Quality Assurance (QA).

• Metadata fields: The left panel now displays all the document’s metadata, providing immediate access to vital information.
• Pinned Metadata Field: You can now pin specific metadata fields to the top of the left panel. These pins will remain in place as you navigate between documents.
• View Template: The layout of both the Review Fields and document’s left panel can now be configured in the Settings. Tenant or Project Admins can configure the default layout for both the Left Panel and Review Fields in Template Setting, ensuring a consistent and convenient experience across all projects.

We have expanded our bulk mapping capability to include Document ID Column Mapping. Users can now upload a .csv file that contains a column for mapped Document IDs, which correspond to the entities you want to associate with those Document IDs in Canopy.

This new feature allows you to map your data to multiple documents in Canopy with a single file upload.
