DBR-14780 Flexible SSN Support

We’ve now upgraded all the Social Security Number (SSN) fields across the application to support flexible data entry and improved privacy masking.

  • Flexible SSN Data Entry: When entering SSN data into an entity, users are no longer restricted to entering a full 9-digit number. They can now enter any digit of an SSN, whether it’s just the last four digits, a partial segment, or the full number.
  • Entity Support: Entities now support both full and masked SSN formats.

Refer to Consolidation for details on how Canopy handles entity merging logic for entities with varying SSN formats.

DBR-15047 Preserved File Paths for Processed Archives Files

We’ve updated our processing engine to ensure the internal folder hierarchy of ZIP archives is fully preserved during Processing.

When uploading archive files, Canopy now captures and displays the complete internal directory structure, allowing users to navigate and search data exactly as it was organized in the uploaded container.

DBR-15097 Enhanced Performance for Large-Scale Bulk Mapping

We’ve upgraded our engine to significantly improve the stability of bulk mapping when handling large uploads.

DBR-14558 Security Enhancement

This release includes significant infrastructure improvements designed to ensure maximum integrity and security.

DBR-15339 Auto Review Improvements

Auto Review for Columnar Files

We’ve fixed a bug that prevented Auto Review from adding personal information when multiple Excel columns were mapped to the same entity field. Each unique field column will now be accurately mapped and included in the document during Auto Review.

Entity Validation in Auto Review

We’ve implemented a secondary validation for all Qualifying Rules to ensure that all entities added to documents meet your specified criteria.

Entry of Country-Specific Fields

We’ve fixed an issue where country-specific fields, such as the Canada SIN were not added to the document if the model did not explicitly identify the country. These fields will now populate correctly.

Support for Complex Name Formats

We’ve refined the logic in the Auto Review modal to support last names presented in parenthesis. For example, a name like Sarah Elizabeth Thorne (Jenkins) will now be captured in full.

Bug

DBR-15338 SSN Data Entry

We’ve fixed bugs on the SSN data entry component so that it supports flexible entry and masking.

  • Resolved Empty SSN Entry: Fixed a bug that allowed users to save a fully masked, empty placeholder (xxx-xx-xxxx) as a valid SSN.
  • Copy & Paste SSN: Fixed a bug that prevented SSN pasting. The field now also features automatic SSN masking on paste. For example, pasting a 4-digit string (4321) will automatically prepend a masked character to form a valid xxx-xx-4321 entry.
