Stop Consolidation
Canopy users at the Review Manager level or higher now have the flexibility to stop consolidation while it is running or being queued, in order to make changes or perform other work. On the Entities page, when you click on the Run Consolidation button at the top right of the screen, your consolidation status will initially display as “Queued”:
At this time, you can simply click the Stop Consolidation button at the lower left of the screen to immediately exit the consolidation process. Your consolidated entity list will not be changed:
When consolidation is in progress, your consolidation status will display as Running Consolidation at the top right of the screen:
You will see an indicator of the estimated time remaining at the lower left of the screen:
When consolidation is in progress and you click the Stop Consolidation button, you will be asked to confirm stopping consolidation.
When consolidation is stopped, your most recent consolidated list will be restored. Any new entities created after your previous consolidation run will not be consolidated. All manual decisions will be remembered.
When clicking on the Continue button, you will see an indicator of the time remaining to reset consolidation at the lower left corner of the screen:
