Entity Consolidation
When entering PII into entity fields in the document viewer, the “Autocomplete” function will
predict the rest of the data a user is typing by looking up existing values in the master entity database.
The autocomplete data does not have to exist in the currently displayed document. Autocomplete will be triggered after a reviewer enters three characters into a field.
The reviewer can click on the right arrow button to accept the automatically completed entry.
Reviewers can expedite entity identification by utilizing the “Suggested Entity Fields” feature for the following fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Social security number
- Passport number
- Phone number
- Email address
- Account number
When adding an entity to a document in the document viewer, if the reviewer enters one PUID field or two non-PUID fields from this list, the fields will be automatically compared to the entity database and the current detected entity list. If a correlation exists, the corollary fields will be automatically populated with suggestions of the corresponding PII. Reviewers can then click on the “Accept All Suggestions” button to accept all suggestions, or click on the individual fields to selectively accept suggestions.
Clear my previous results before applying this updated rule.

- Remembering a merge decision for a cluster (when those two entites fall within the same cluster)
- Persistent by cluster.
- Merging two different cluster together - gets a new cluster id
- Clear = off and remember merge setting = on -> This is persistent regardles of cluster and remain
- Clear = on and remember merge setting = on -> This will not remain, it will be removed.
