Common Fields

The Proposed Common Fields chart lists a set of fields to be used for both document view and export. The Potential Future Fields chart lists a set of additional fields to be considered for the future.

Child MD5 Hash	The Child MD5 Hash field contains the attachment MD5 hash value of all child items in a family group, and is only present on parent items.
Child SHA1 Hash	The Child SHA1 Hash field contains the attachment SHA1 hash value of all child items in a family group, and is only present on parent items.
Child SHA256 Hash	The Child SHA256 Hash field contains the attachment SHA256 hash value of all child items in a family group, and is only present on parent items.
Document Comments	The Document Comments field contains comments extracted from a native file’s metadata.
Company	The Company field contains text extracted from the Microsoft Office native file metadata field.
Delivery Receipt	The Delivery Receipt field contains a yes/no indicator that a delivery receipt was requested for an email.
Email Sensitivity	The Email Sensitivity field contains a label indicating the level of sensitivity applied to an email.
Email Sent Flag	The Email Sent Flag field indicates Yes for a sent email and No for a draft email.
Email Unread	The Email Unread field indicates Yes for unread emails.
Excel Hidden Columns	The Excel Hidden Columns field contains a yes/no indicator of whether an Excel file contains one or more hidden columns.
Excel Hidden Rows	The Excel Hidden Rows field contains a yes/no indicator of whether an Excel file contains one or more hidden rows.
Excel Hidden Worksheets	The Excel Hidden Worksheets field contains a yes/no indicator of whether an Excel file contains one or more hidden worksheets.
Has Hidden Data	The Has Hidden Data field contains indication of the existence of hidden document data, such as hidden text in a Word document, hidden columns, rows, or worksheets in Excel, or slide notes in PowerPoint. If a document contains hidden data that was found during processing, this field displays a value of Yes. If no hidden data was found, this field is blank. Note that this field does not display a value of No if no hidden data was found.
Has OCR Text	The OCR Text field indicates Yes if a text field contains OCR text and No if text was extracted.
Image Taken Date	The Image Taken Date field indicates the date and time when an image was taken, scanned or created.
Keywords	The Keywords field contains the internal value entered for keywords associated with a Microsoft Office document.
Meeting End Datetime	The Meeting End Date/Time field contains the date and time at which a meeting item ended.
Meeting Start Datetime	The Meeting Start Date/Time field contains the date and time at which a meeting item began.
Message Class	The Message Class field contains the type of item from an email client, i.e. contact, calendar, etc.
Message Header	The Message Header field contains the full string of values within an email message header.
Power Point Hidden Slides	The Power Point Hidden Slides field contains a yes/no indicator of whether a Power Point file contains hidden slides.
Track Changes	The Track Changes field contains a yes/no indicator of whether the Track Changes toggle is set to True and/or there are tracked changes in the document. This field maps to the TrackedChangesCombined Invariant field. The indicator will be Yes if either the Track Changes button is enabled in the document, or there is actual Tracked Change content in the document.
