Document CommentsThe Document Comments field contains comments extracted from a native file’s metadata.

Email SensitivityThe Email Sensitivity field contains a label indicating the level of sensitivity applied to an email.
Email Sent FlagThe Email Sent Flag field indicates Yes for a sent email and No for a draft email.
Email UnreadThe Email Unread field indicates Yes for unread emails.
Excel Hidden ColumnsThe Excel Hidden Columns field contains a yes/no indicator of whether an Excel file contains one or more hidden columns.
Excel Hidden RowsThe Excel Hidden Rows field contains a yes/no indicator of whether an Excel file contains one or more hidden rows.
Excel Hidden WorksheetsThe Excel Hidden Worksheets field contains a yes/no indicator of whether an Excel file contains one or more hidden worksheets.
Has Hidden DataThe Has Hidden Data field contains indication of the existence of hidden document data, such as hidden text in a Word document, hidden columns, rows, or worksheets in Excel, or slide notes in PowerPoint. If a document contains hidden data that was found during processing, this field displays a value of Yes. If no hidden data was found, this field is blank. Note that this field does not display a value of No if no hidden data was found.
Has OCR TextThe OCR Text field indicates Yes if a text field contains OCR text and No if text was extracted.
Image Taken DateThe Image Taken Date field indicates the date and time when an image was taken, scanned or created.
KeywordsThe Keywords field contains the internal value entered for keywords associated with a Microsoft Office document.
Meeting End DatetimeThe Meeting End Date/Time field contains the date and time at which a meeting item ended.
Meeting Start DatetimeThe Meeting Start Date/Time field contains the date and time at which a meeting item began.
Message ClassThe Message Class field contains the type of item from an email client, i.e. contact, calendar, etc.
Message HeaderThe Message Header field contains the full string of values within an email message header.
Power Point Hidden SlidesThe Power Point Hidden Slides field contains a yes/no indicator of whether a Power Point file contains hidden slides.
Track ChangesThe Track Changes field contains a yes/no indicator of whether the Track Changes toggle is set to True and/or there are tracked changes in the document. This field maps to the TrackedChangesCombined Invariant field. The indicator will be Yes if either the Track Changes button is enabled in the document, or there is actual Tracked Change content in the document.
